MG RUSH has been providing facilitation training since the mid-1980s. Based on extensive research of effective facilitation techniques and many, many hours of applied facilitation, FAST was created to fill gaps left by other techniques, to formalize our discoveries and innovations, and to enable others to make facilitated workshops useful in all team/workgroup activities. We've since created CHOICE as the evolutionary step beyond FAST.

CHOICE incorporates several years of intensive field testing of new techniques that reflect the modern organization: distributed, electronic, multi-cultural, and a heavy emphasis on quality and project management excellence.

MG RUSH has seeded FAST and CHOICE techniques at hundreds of companies, including some of the largest, most recognizable in the world. We are an acknowledged leader in the trend to use facilitated workshops for information gathering, planning, decision-making, and team leadership.

Morgan Madison & Company is a "strategy & innovation firm," providing business planning, market research, and marketing management implementation support. There are natural synergies between MG RUSH and Morgan Madison & Company in workgroup and workshop leadership, planning, and team facilitation. We acquired the rights to provide MG RUSH Systems training as of June 2004 when Gary left the field to open a restaurant in Puerto Rico.

We now own MG Rush Systems, Inc. We have improved and amplified a tradition of excellence, leadership, and innovation.

Since June 2004, we have radically updated and expanded the original FAST content. Our current manual and training materials represent the very latest in applied facilitation and facilitation training. Our instructors are active, practicing facilitators. We rely on practicing facilitators, executives, and consultants to keep our content up-to-date, vibrant, challenged, and ever-relevant. Their contributions to our training material keep us at the leading edge of practical, proven, and useful techniques.
