WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Workshop participants, managers, project managers, or anyone with a special interest in running better meetings. Up to 25 students per class.
OBJECTIVES
This workshop is designed to refresh and improve attendees with the concepts of meeting charters, leader and attendee preparation, meeting agenda, basic group decision processes and dynamics, over and under participation, meeting protocol, conflict resolution, managing disruptions, and meeting follow-up. The workshop uses both lesson and experience to teach.
OUTLINE
The workshop is designed so that the students will be able to:
- Effectively plan and host work meetings
- Build sustainable personal meeting leader habits
- Recognize and prevent time wasters, productivity killers, and dissatisfiers
- Prevent and manage conflict
- Make more effective decisions
MATERIALS
Attendee workbook with essential templates, meeting planning tools, and exercise instructions.
COST
Fee is $3500 per class. The course is conducted as a private class only and at your site. Fee includes training and materials. Client provides site and any refreshments for students.
