Facilitation PhilosophyIntroductionMG Rush has been in the facilitation "industry" for 20 years. When we began in 1983, we thought that only one style workshop agenda existed. By 1985, we had recognized that there are many more and began to conceive of a better way. In 1994, we founded the IAF (International Association of Facilitators) and discovered different styles of facilitation, new types of agendas, and that defining the "right" style of facilitation is illusive. Over the years, we've learned more and want to share this to bridge the gaps. Two Major StylesWe see two major styles of facilitation.
